Camera access

The front camera is requested only when you start a squat or push-up workout. Keep your face and upper body visible, use steady lighting, and place the phone where it will not move. Camera images are processed on your device and are not recorded or uploaded.

Rep counting

Move through the full exercise range at a controlled pace. If counting stops, step back slightly, improve the lighting, and make sure your face remains visible. You can leave the workout and retry without losing completed progress.

Cloud sync and sign-in

An account is optional. Sign in from Settings to sync progress between devices. If sync appears stale, confirm the device has an internet connection, sign out, and sign in again.

Reset or delete data

Reset all progress erases local XP, history, quests, and achievements. A signed-in user can choose Delete account to erase cloud progress and permanently delete the login account. Apple users are asked to confirm with Apple so the app authorization can also be revoked.
